Information you choose to provide

When you contact Due North, we may receive your name, business email, company, role, timing and the information you include about your business challenge. Please do not submit sensitive financial, operational, employee or guest information through the public website.

How it is used

Information is used to respond to your inquiry, evaluate whether Due North can assist and communicate about a potential or active engagement. Due North does not sell personal information.

Website operations and measurement

Due North and the service providers supporting website hosting, security and forms may receive limited technical information such as browser or device type, pages requested, approximate location and request timestamps. If optional analytics or advertising technologies are introduced, this notice will be updated to describe them before they are enabled.

Service providers and retention

Website and inquiry information may be processed by providers that support hosting, form delivery and business email. Website inquiries are transmitted through FormSubmit for delivery to Due North and may be retained by that provider for up to 30 days. Due North retains inquiry information only as reasonably necessary to respond, evaluate a potential engagement, maintain appropriate business records and meet applicable obligations.
